Purchasing Policy

Shipping Policy

We offer both Ground and Next Day shipping.

All orders must be placed before 2:00 PM MST, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM MST will be shipped on Monday (provided it is not a holiday).

Ground
Standard delivery for most items is about 3-4 business days (subject to availability). Ground delivery is starts at $9.50 and will vary depending on package weight.

Next Day Shipping
Overnight delivery is available and starts at $65.00 and will vary depending on package weight. Scheduled delivery is the next business morning before 11:00 AM.

Economy
We offer a special promotion for larger orders. Ground shipping is free for all orders over $1,000.

Goods and Service Tax
Federal law requires us to charge 6% GST on all orders sent within Canada.

Paying by Credit Card and Money Orders

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Money Orders. Feel free to safely enter the whole credit card number, since the keeranhardware.com Safe Shopping Guarantee protects you while you shop. You never have to worry about credit card safety.

keeranhardware.com uses secure server software (SSL), which is the industry standard and is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all personal information so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

To provide you with an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. After you type, fax, or call it in, your complete credit card number is transferred to the secure machine across a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem, and the number is not stored anywhere else.

Still don't want to use your credit card on the Internet? No problem. Simply fill out our order form online. At the end of the form, select "Offline Checkout", print the form and fax it in to us at 780.409.4223. We will call you within 3 hours and get the rest of your information. If you order after business hours, we will call you the next business morning.

Guarantee Details

All products are guaranteed against being dead on arrival. Meaning we will ship you a working part from the manufacturer. If for some reason it is not working when you receive it, fill out the returns form and we will promptly setup an exchange. Make sure you include your invoice number.

Return policy

Our return policy is simple. There are no returns. Since we are a discount mail-order computer company we cannot offer the ability for you to try out products. Please make sure what you order is what you want, because that is exactly what will be shipped to you.

Special allowances will be made for products that are still in their original packaging, with a valid reason for return. These requests must be filed within 10 days of purchase, and are subject to Edmonton Hardware's discretion. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products and a 15% restocking fee may be applied.

Fill out the returns form and we will respond within 3 hours. You must include an invoice number.

Warranty

All products are subject to the terms and specifications of the manufacturers default warranty. Do not be alarmed. This is no different than purchasing from any other OEM reseller. Please refer to the manufacturer's webpage for more information. If you have a defective product and need assistance in creating a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), please contact us to help expedite your claim.
