How do I add items to my shopping cart?

You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories and/or our website. Once you find an item(s) you would like to buy, simply hit the “Add to Cart” button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.

How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?

You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the "Delete Item" icon located within the shopping cart at the far right of each row. If you want to delete all items from your cart, you need to press the "Empty Shopping Cart" button located under "Cart Tools."

Is the ordering process secure?

YES! Our website uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to protect your personal information. Our ordering process is totally secure from beginning to end.

Is my order subject to sales tax?

We charge 6% Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST #837451673RT0001) for all orders shipped to a Canadian address, except Government orders and orders bound to destinations where GST is exempt.

Why will Environmental Fees be charged?

Alberta has launched Phase I of its new electronics recycling program, the first of its kind in Canada. Since then, more than 75 collection sites and e-roundups have been established across the province to collect old televisions and computers (and equipment) currently going into Alberta's landfills. These items are being collected, recycled and turned into new opportunities for Albertans. Phase II of the program implementation included the introduction of an environmental fee that retailers will charge on the purchase of new desktop computers (& related equipment) and televisions. This phase began on February 1, 2005. What will the environment fee be used for? The fee will cover the cost of collection, transportation and recycling of electronic materials, public information & awareness programs, and electronics-related research. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Money Orders. We DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT until we have SHIPPED your order!

I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order?

How can I change the email address on my account?

Unfortunately, as the email address is your account identifier, you can't change that. You'll need to create a new account with the new information.

How do I get my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please call us at 866.913.4222 or contact us by email for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.

How do I receive technical support on my purchase?

Keeran Hardware does not provide end-user technical support on any of the items that we sell. If you would like technical support on your hardware purchase, please contact Keeran Systems at service@keeransystems.com to enquire about support services. For warranty replacement of defective CPU chips, please call 305-415-2979. For all other products, contact the product manufacturer, using the contact information either printed on your invoice or included in the package. Please note that when calling to exchange a defective item, verification of defect by the manufacturer is required.

Does Keeran Hardware offer a link-exchange program?

Yes, a link-exchange program is in place for PC component or hardware related websites. All submissions go through our webmaster for approval. . Here are the following rules to apply: Under no circumstances Keeran Hardware accept links to sites associated to spam, spyware or un-related information. In order to apply to the Keeran Hardware link-exchange program your website must have computer hardware related information including tutorials, blogs, e-commerce, or any other informative content. If unsure about the content relevancy of your website please contact our webmaster for further information.
